Esther NAMUANGE INGABIRE Born in 28 December 1996 in MUHIMA sector NYARUGENGE District KIGALI RWANDA and I am married with one child.

In High- school I finished in 2015 where i studied Math-Physics-Computer science at St. Vincent-Muhoza in Musanze

In University I studied 2 years of Bacherol in Computer Science from 2016 - 2018 in university of Rwanda

In 2024 I finished academic year in AIPA ( African Institute of Public Education) Where I graduated with Bacherol degree PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION.

While in High School I have been interested to see the equality of all people but what i grow up thinking it was opposite where you can see a clear APARTHEID in Rwandans between TUTSI and HUTU, I continued the same questioning in the University where I recognised that I am against the apartheid.

GREX after checking my input while being Volunteering in Ministry of Unity and Equal Right to the Rwandans the Cabinet and President proposed me a post where I can fight against tyranny and apartheid of FPR, I joined GREX in April,2025 as Minister of Tourism and Technology,

Nowadays Rwandan population Live by fear that they can be killed if they express the life they are living now cause the RPF INKOTANYI they can dismiss anyone who goes against  their will whomever says the real life happening in Rwanda how bad the situation it is can be killed,most of that power came from selling good image on international lever through the #visitrwanda campaign.

As the moving force of our new generation, social media can change a lot. We would like to engage in #dontvistrwanda campaign to go against #visitrwanda which cover the image of RPF INKOTANYI and their wrong doings for Rwandan,by starting this campaign will help visitors around the world to understand what the kigali regime of RPF INKOTANYI are doing to Rwandans people it will help to stop the money coming from tourism in rwanda cause that money used in killing rwandans and congolese.
